12 Hour Smoked Pulled Pork

Cooking Instructions

Remove vacuum-sealed bags from cardboard pack. For chef-quality results, heat in pot of water on a stove top.

	Stove Top Bring a medium to large pot of water to the boil. Reduce the heat, add vacuum-sealed bags to simmering water for 10 minutes or until heated through. Remove bags from the water and drain of any excess water. Carefully cut open the bags below the seal line and plate up one very generous serve.
	Microwave Pierce the vacuum-sealed packs several times and place on a plate and into the microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Allow to sit for 1 minute before carefully opening the bags and plate up for one generous serve.
