Wild Mushroom Risotto (Vegetarian)
This delicious meal for two is a creamy risotto with spinach and herbs. With no artificial colours or flavours it is packed full of flavour – all you need to do is heat and serve!

Serving size: 350g
Dried porcini mushroom, oyster mushroom, enoki mushroom, shiitake mushroom, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, spinach, onion, garlic, arborio rice, vegetable stock containing (celery, carrot, bay leaf).
Remove vacuum-sealed bags from cardboard pack. For chef-quality results, heat in pot of water on a stove top.
Bring a medium to large pot of water to the boil. Reduce the heat, add vacuum-sealed bags to simmering water for 8 minutes or until heated through. Remove bags from the water and drain of any excess water. Carefully cut open the bags below the seal line and plate up for 2 people (or one very generous serve).
Pierce the vacuum-sealed packs several times and place on a plate and into the microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Allow to sit for 1 minute before carefully opening the bags and plate up for 2 people (or one very generous serve).
