For lovers of juicy, tender, beef that is full of flavour and melts in your mouth you cannot go past this tasty meal for one. The smoked Rangers Valley Wagyu has been smoked for 12 hours and comes with carolina rice and BBQ sauce. All you need to do is heat and serve!

Ingredients

Wagyu brisket, salt, pepper, zucchini, parsley, jasmine rice, spring onions, garlic, sweet corn, red capsicum, green capsicum, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, Cola, lime juice, molasses, tamari, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, onion powder garlic powder, chipotle peppers, brown sugar.

Cooking Instructions

Remove vacuum-sealed bags from cardboard pack. For chef-quality results, heat in pot of water on a stove top.

Stove Top

Bring a medium to large pot of water to the boil. Reduce the heat, add vacuum-sealed bags to simmering water for 8 minutes or until heated through. Remove bags from the water and drain of any excess water. Carefully cut open the bags below the seal line and plate up for one generous serve.
Microwave

Pierce the vacuum-sealed packs several times and place on a plate and into the microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Allow to sit for 1 minute before carefully opening the bags and plate up for one generous serve.
